Improvement to Seven Stations & Line Rehabilitation

Description:

Judlau, in a joint venture with Citnalta Construction, is rehabilitating approximately three miles of elevated line structure. A major rehabilitation of one station and moderate rehabilitations of six stations is also included in the project.

Judlau will perform historical restorations to the Bay Parkway Station. Structural improvements are being made throughout the entire line, which has not undergone major improvements since 1914. The project will bring each station into full ADA compliance.

Scope of Work includes:

  • Installation of 43 staircases.
  • Replace over 10,000 lf of rubbing boards.
  • Installation of new elevators and improved access points.
  • Replace over 30,000 sf of concrete topping.
