When Judlau Contracting, Inc. was first founded more than 25 years ago, our initial focus was on sewer line and water main replacement.  To this day, the company continues to serve as a leading contractor in the area of water main and sewer installations, utility off-sets, and emergency subsurface and street utility work. While the majority of Judlau's municipal water main and sewer line assignments have been completed for the New York City Department of Design and Construction and the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, we have also built longstanding relationships with area utility companies who know they can depend on Judlau's uniquely experienced Project Teams to get the job done right.  From Wall Street to the Main Streets of Westchester, Long Island and the five boroughs, Judlau remains among the most dependable subsurface contractors in the Northeast.
